With Netency, follow all the monohulls in this 1000 miles race of Calais !

After the following of Orange II Maxi-catamaran, NETENCY was in charge of the following of the monohulls in the 1000 miles of Calais. NETENCY used its Neten'Map technology and was able to show the struggle of the different crews in real time. Their position are updated due to GIS statements transmited via the INMARSAT system, transfered to the Internet server and displayed, in real time, on the map.

Neten'Map enables to create quickly a complete cartographic web site. It exploits the OpenSource technologies (PHP, MySQL) and the internet standards of tomorrow (XML, SVG) assuring performance and reliability.
